The Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) is a free, 12- week, online course that teaches parents, community members and professionals working with families to understand systems and develop civic, leadership, and public speaking skills. As a graduation requirement, participants develop a community project to benefit their schools, neighborhoods and families. The course offers five college credits towards higher education.
You are applying to the Spring 2022 Parent Leadership Training Institute Online class in English. The course begins Saturday, February 19, 2022 and ends with graduation on Saturday, May 21, 2022. Virtual classes are held online via Zoom on Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. You are required to attend the first two classes on Saturday, February 19th and Saturday, February 26th.
